Praying in Faith

The Bible says:  John 17:21 NIT

(“I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you.”)

Jesus often went to the Father with concerns and petitions; and like Him we are encouraged to make our requests known to God in all circumstances. We are to come boldly before the Lord with our specific needs—not timidly.

Friend, through Christ, your spirit has been forever joined to the One who has all answers, all solutions, all provision, all blessings. Therefore, your mind should be focused on the God who saves, delivers, heals, redeems, and restores you, regardless of your circumstances. He multiplies your resources provides you ways you cannot even imagine, and is able to work miraculously on your behalf.

So pray! Turn your attention to the Father, who knows all controls all, has all power, and is all loving. He will help you be one with Him through the Spirit and walk according to His will. Thanks be to the Lord Jesus, whose ultimate sacrifice now allows us to this sort of access!

Pray:  Lord Jesus, thank You for making me one with You and giving me unlimited access to Your throne of grace, Amen.
